With over fifteen years of experience in the residential construction industry, Tom has been immersed in the home building business for most of his professional career. His experience began as a teenager, working during summer breaks as a laborer for his uncle, an accomplished home builder and developer in the NH Seacoast area.

After four years at the University of New Hampshire, graduating with a BS in Business Management, the mentorship with his uncle continued and grew into proficiency in developing and building single family houses and multiple-lot subdivisions - from the land-clearing stage to certificate of occupancy.

In 2012 Tom founded Birch Creek Building & Development, LLC. His attention to detail and constant drive for practical solutions that don’t compromise quality and aesthetics sets the bar high for any project he encounters. Specializing in custom and speculative new construction homes, additions, accessory dwelling units, renovations, and land development projects – Birch Creek Building is a versatile company, driven to deliver products that exceed expectations.

Tom loves spending time with his friends and family. He lives in southern New Hampshire with his wife – Sarah, their son – Maxwell, and their dog – Penny.
